QA1's 52611-S750 is a front coil-over conversion for the C10 platform, covering 63-87 Chevy and 63-86 GMC IFS trucks, with a single adjustable twin-tube shock and a 750 lbs. spring rate finished in anodized aluminum rather than the powdercoat QA1 uses on some of its other control arm kits.
What to check before buying
QA1 states the kit calls for spindles matched to 73-87 ball joints, and that a factory sway bar will not work alongside it, though it is compatible with both stock-height and dropped spindles. Ride height adjustment is listed at 1.0 to 3.0 in. lowered, with no welding required to install it.
What comes with it
The tubular control arms use 12-gauge HSLA steel with QA1's own ball joints and low-friction polymer bushings, adding up to 7 degrees of caster for a lowered truck. QA1 notes the shocks are 100% dyno tested and serialized, and that the arms are made in the USA; all coil-over hardware and mounting bolts are included.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
