This QA1 Level 2 kit covers the front and rear of a small block or LS-powered classic, built around double-adjustable coilovers so compression and rebound can be set separately front and rear. The front sway bar is hollow at 1.125 inches, the rear is solid at 0.875 inches, and both run on QA1's chromoly tubular control arms.
What's in the box
Besides the coilovers and sway bars, the kit supplies a K-member, spindles, tie rods, and a center link, so the front end arrives complete rather than needing a separate crossmember purchase. Control arm bushings are polyurethane over a steel rod end, finished black, and QA1 includes the mounting hardware. Every piece installs at the stock mounting locations, with no cutting or welding needed.
Before you order
Because this is a full front-and-rear package built for small block and LS platforms, check that your chassis matches that description before buying rather than assuming it suits a big block swap. A shop alignment afterward is worth budgeting for, since ride height and camber shift once the coilovers go in.
Does it replace the K-member? Yes, a new K-member ships with the kit.
Are the sway bars different front to rear? Yes, the front bar is hollow and larger in diameter than the solid rear bar.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
