GBF025-R is built around double adjustable coilovers front and rear, giving separate control over compression and rebound rather than one combined damping setting. Ride height adjusts from stock down to about 2" lower, and the tubular control arms are steel with a red powder-coated finish, running on a Polyurethane/Delrin bushing combination.
What's in the kit
Beyond the coilovers and control arms, the package includes sway bars at 1.250" up front and 1.000" in the rear, plus all the mounting hardware needed to bolt everything into place. Because compression and rebound adjust independently, you get more range to dial in ride quality than a single-adjustable setup allows.
Fitment notes
UMI engineers the rear coilover portion around the GM axle housing, so an aftermarket rear axle may take extra fitment work to use with this kit. No welding is called for during installation, and the whole package ships as one kit rather than piecemeal.

What does double adjustable mean here? The coilovers let you tune compression and rebound separately rather than with one combined setting.
Is this kit bolt-on? Yes, UMI lists welding as not required.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
