Trail-Gear's Trail-Link Four kit (110179-1-KIT) converts a rear leaf-spring axle to a 4-link setup using heavy-duty DOM tubing, with 2.000-inch diameter tubing on both the upper and lower links. Installation is weld-on rather than bolt-on: the crossmember bolts between the frame rails, but the axle mounts, shock mounts, and link brackets all require welding. Creeper joint rod ends and a diagonal link are included, and when combined with long-travel air shocks, Trail-Gear says the setup can provide more than 30 inches of articulation.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
