QA1's R132-250 rear kit is built around a 250-lb. coilover spring and sized for trucks running a Ford 9-inch rear axle, with a single adjustable coil-over shock and a silver finish on the suspension pieces. Lower trailing arms, trailing arm mount braces, and a panhard bar come with the kit; the upper trailing arms and both upper and lower control arms are not part of this package.
What to check before buying
Confirm your 73-87 C10 is running the Ford 9-inch axle before ordering, since that is the differential this kit is built around. No rotors or calipers ship with it, so your existing brakes stay in place.
What comes with it
Bushings throughout are spherical bearings rather than rubber or polyurethane, and the coil-over design is engineered to drop ride height 4 to 7 inches below stock once installed. QA1 builds and dyno tests every shock before it ships, with each one serialized.
Does this include brakes? No, rotors and calipers are not part of the kit.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
