Details & Inspection Notes
QA1's HK33-FMM1 handling kit pairs a 1.25-inch hollow front sway bar with a 1.00-inch solid rear bar, plus upper and lower trailing arms and a K-member subframe, built for small block and LS-powered vehicles still in stock trim. Coil springs are not part of this package, so the stock or chosen aftermarket springs stay in place.
What comes with it
Tubular lower control arms are included; the upper control arms are not, so this kit focuses on the lower arm, trailing arm, and K-member side of the geometry. Grade 8 hardware is used throughout for the mounting points, and the components allow for further adjustment where geometry needs fine-tuning.
Before you order
Installation bolts to the factory locations and works alongside OEM parts, so a chassis already running stock control arm mounts should accept this kit directly. QA1 recommends an alignment afterward to dial in the new geometry.
Are the upper control arms included? No, only the lower control arms are part of this kit.
Does it include coil springs? No, springs are not included with this package.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
