PSC's SK320 is a hydraulic-assist steering kit built specifically for applications running crossover steering together with a Dana 60 axle up front, keeping a stock-feel steering box rather than replacing it outright.
Stock valving, added assist
The included steering box retains its stock valving, so the goal here is OEM-like road feel with the power to turn larger tires, up to 42 inches, with less effort; PSC states a 50 percent increase in turning force. The cylinder has a 0.75-inch shaft diameter and 8.000 inches of travel.
What's included, and what isn't
The kit covers the modified steering box, a power steering pump, the hydraulic cylinder, braided steel hoses in a natural finish, steel fittings, and mounting brackets and hardware. The power steering pump bracket itself is not included, so check whether your application already has one or needs it sourced separately.
Installation
This is a direct bolt-on kit with no welding required, built around the existing mounting points found on a crossover-steering chassis riding on a Dana 60 axle up front.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
