Details & Inspection Notes
This is the base version of Heidts' RC-101-WT parallel 4-link kit for the 1967-69 Camaro and Firebird: a solid-axle conversion that replaces leaf springs with a bolt-on 4-link and coilover setup, with no floor cutting involved.
What's included in the base kit
Chassis and axle brackets, adjustable links, a full upper coilover crossmember, a panhard bar, and Heidts' own adjustable coilover shocks all ship in natural-finish steel, along with all mounting hardware; some assembly is required once the parts arrive. Axle housing is not part of this kit.
What to check before ordering
Expect a stance roughly 2 inches lower than stock once the coilovers are dialed in, and Heidts built this base kit to suit either a standard body or a mini-tubbed one, so it doesn't lock you into either route. Because this is the entry-level RC-101-WT package, check whether your build calls for any of Heidts' add-on link or spring options before ordering just this piece on its own.
Will this work with a mini-tubbed car? Yes, it fits both standard and mini-tubbed 1967-69 Camaro and Firebird bodies.
Is axle housing included? No, axle housing is not part of this kit.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
