This Heidts 4-link kit, part RC-131-WT, adds a diagonal link to the usual layout and is sized to run a wider rear tire; expect some welding during installation even though the crossmember and shock mounts arrive pre-fitted.
What's included
The kit ships with a crossmember, a diagonal link, pre-positioned shock mounts, upper and lower control tubes at 1.250 in. diameter, rod ends, and standard black coilover shocks, all in natural-finish, high-strength steel. Full mounting hardware comes with it, though this version does not add wheelie-bar mounts.
What to check before installing
Because the diagonal link and tube ends need to be positioned for your specific chassis, plan on some welding rather than a pure bolt-on job; the shock mounts and brackets are pre-welded to cut down how much fabrication is left for you. The wider tube diameter and diagonal link are what let this kit run a wider rear tire than Heidts' simpler bolt-in packages.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist
- Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
- Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
- Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
- Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
