Details & Inspection Notes

This All-Pro Off-Road Pro suspension lift kit with Bilstein shocks is built for a 1994-2004 Toyota Tacoma, replacing the factory springs with a setup that yields a 0 to 3 inch suspension lift for on- and off-road use.

What is included

The kit pairs All-Pro's Bilstein front coilovers with Bilstein rear shocks, heavy-duty rear leaf springs, a flip kit for the U-bolts, a brake line extension for the rear, and shock mounts. The front coilover springs are rated at 650 lbs./in., and the rear leaf springs keep the factory length while adding a torque leaf to cut down on axle wrap; new polyurethane bushings and sleeves come with the springs.

What to check before buying

Front shocks are a non-adjustable coilover, one per wheel, and the rear shocks are a gas-charged monotube design, also one per wheel; brake lines and hardware are included, and the kit carries FMVSS 126 certification. Using lifting blocks or a shackle flip kit on this suspension voids All-Pro's warranty on the leaf springs, so plan your ride height around the kit's own 0 to 3 inch range instead.

What vehicle is this kit built for? A 1994-2004 Toyota Tacoma.

How much lift does it give? A 0 to 3 inch suspension lift.

Suspension Setup & Installation Checklist

  • Inspect top mounts, damper seals, bushings, and ball joints prior to fitment.
  • Set initial spring preload, collar heights, and damper rebound clicks symmetrically left to right.
  • Torque all suspension control arm pivot bolts while the vehicle is at resting ride height (loaded suspension).
  • Perform a complete 4-wheel laser alignment once ride height has settled to ensure optimal handling and tire wear.
