Details & Inspection Notes

Add white cowlings to the counter-rotation iST BF200DXCDA and the result is the DXCDA WT, unchanged underneath: 613 pounds, electric start, the same 3583cc EFI six-cylinder, and full throttle again sitting between 5000 and 6000 rpm, with Honda's digital throttle and shift still handling gear changes from the helm.

Before you order

A helm wired for digital throttle and shift is still required, the same as on the standard-color iST motor; this is not a fit for a boat rigged with a mechanical cable and lever. Counter rotation here spins the propeller opposite Honda's standard gearing, a detail that matters mainly for twin-engine rigging and propeller matching.

What's in the crate

On top of the white cowlings and digital throttle-and-shift hardware, Honda adds the charging system, a freshwater cooling-system flush, and switch-run power trim and tilt, with the owner's manual thrown in. A propeller isn't part of the deal.

Care to plan for

Keep the white cowlings looking sharp with a rinse after outings, double-check your helm's digital controls are compatible before rigging the boat, and flush the cooling passages with fresh water after any saltwater run. There's no pull cord on this motor, so a charged battery is what gets it started every time out, and a break-in period still applies before leaning on full throttle regularly.

Does the white finish change performance? No. Is a propeller included? No.
