Chevrolet Performance's part 19432060, the ZZ632/1000 Deluxe, is a new, naturally aspirated tall-deck big-block V8 at 632 cubic inches, reaching an output near 1000 horsepower when run on premium fuel, built on a cast-iron Bowtie block with four-bolt mains and an all-forged rotating assembly.
What the build includes
- Forged 4340 steel crankshaft, forged H-beam connecting rods, and forged aluminum 2618 pistons, with a bore and stroke of 4.600 by 4.750 inches
- Aluminum spread-port cylinder heads with 70cc chambers, 2.450 inch intake and 1.800 inch titanium exhaust valves
- Billet steel hydraulic roller camshaft with 0.780 inch intake and 0.782 inch exhaust lift, 270 degrees intake and 285 degrees exhaust duration at 0.050
- Aluminum high-rise single-plane intake manifold, a 4500-style throttle body, 86 lb/hr fuel injectors, and a pre-programmed self-learning EFI control system
Installing this big-block
The 12.0:1 compression engine runs a 58X crank-triggered, coil-near-plug ignition system on a dedicated valley plate, and Chevrolet Performance caps recommended RPM at 7,000. The throttle body ships uninstalled for crate fitment, so plan to mount it yourself, and you'll still need a starter, a high-pressure EFI fuel pump, and an air cleaner sized for the 4500-series flange. The cylinder head exhaust port layout calls for a custom exhaust, and manual-transmission builds should use an internally balanced flywheel. This engine is not set up for marine use.

Startup & Installation Checklist
