Details & Inspection Notes
This BluePrint LS376/530 combo swaps the automatic for a 5-speed TKX manual, putting a 530-horsepower, 376 cubic-inch LS engine behind a McLeod Super Street Pro twin-disc clutch and a polished front accessory drive. Torque peaks at 495 lb-ft with a 10.7:1 compression ratio, and the same hypereutectic pistons and nodular iron crankshaft back the aluminum cylinder heads.
Who this suits
Choose this version over the automatic combo if you want direct manual control in an LS swap and still want the engine's own fuel-injection electronics pre-installed. BluePrint supplies a complete ECU, wiring harness, drive-by-wire pedal and throttle body, EV6 injectors, and coil packs with the long block, so the control system matches the engine out of the box.
What to check before ordering
The engine is built around the 2008-2017 Chevrolet 6.2L/376 LS platform, so verify your application falls in that range. The TKX package adds a hydraulic throwout bearing, a bellhousing, and a non-weighted billet flywheel, topping out in an overdrive fifth gear of 0.68:1 for highway cruising. As with the automatic version, BluePrint recommends its own air intake kit to keep mass air flow calibration accurate, running on 91-octane fuel with BPP710 oil.
Common questions
Is a flywheel part of the kit? It is — a non-weighted billet piece, since this manual application needs one instead of a flexplate.
Does the manual version use the same ECU setup? Yes, the complete ECU, harness, and drive-by-wire pedal and throttle body carry over unchanged.
Is the accessory drive the same as the automatic combo? Yes, both versions use the polished front accessory drive.
