The PRO H version of the 3X 30 swaps a fixed-ratio drive for hydrostatic drive, giving stepless speed control to go with a 420cc engine and three-stage clearing.
Why hydrostatic drive here
Instead of fixed gear notches, hydrostatic drive lets you dial speed to match snow density as it changes through a run, which matters most on a wide, heavy three-stage deck like this one. A gear box built from heavy-duty cast-aluminum still backs the drivetrain, with a steering trigger at each handle.
Light and warm hands
An overhead crank aims the chute, an LED lightbar and dual headlights cover low light, and heated handgrips round out the comfort side of things, with electric start standard.
A different fluid to check
Hydrostatic drive uses its own fluid rather than a belt, which is a different seasonal check than on a friction-disc machine; confirming fluid condition is a reasonable addition to pre-season maintenance for this style of drive, done once before the first storm rather than mid-season when the deck is already buried.

- Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant levels to manufacturer-specified dipstick/sight-glass marks.
- Inspect fuel shut-off valve, air filter element, and hydraulic hose fittings for secure connections.
- Verify all safety pins, locks, hydraulic couplers, and guards are secured before starting.
- Allow a 3–5 minute warm-up period at low idle to circulate lubricants and hydraulic oil prior to applying load.
