This SP350/357 Deluxe pairs a cast-iron small-block with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, included but not bolted on. Peak output is quoted at 357 hp, arriving at 5,500 rpm, while torque tops out around 407 lb-ft at 4,000 rpm. Compression runs 9.0:1 over a hydraulic roller camshaft, tuned for carbureted, street-driven applications rather than fuel-injected swaps.
What arrives on the engine
Beyond the cast-iron block and cylinder heads, this Deluxe package already carries the distributor, oil pan, valve covers, timing cover, harmonic balancer, and flexplate, along with an air cleaner, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. Cam specs come in at 0.473 in. of lift on both intake and exhaust, with 215 degrees of intake duration and 223 on the exhaust side.
What is left for you to source
A flywheel, water pump, and wiring harness are not part of this package, so plan to purchase them separately or carry them over from your current setup. Premium fuel is recommended given the compression ratio, and this long block is built for carbureted fuel systems rather than factory-style EFI without modification.
Q: Is the Holley carburetor already mounted? It ships with the engine but is not installed on the manifold; expect to bolt it on yourself.
Q: Does it include a flywheel? No, that is one of the few items this Deluxe package leaves out, along with the water pump.
