This 32-inch RapidTrak Professional runs a 420cc Polar Force engine and the same three-position track system, track, wheel, and dig-in, giving a wider clearing path than the narrower RapidTrak version in the same range.

Wide deck, same track logic

Hydrostatic drive still handles speed control without fixed gear notches, which matters more on a wide, heavy deck. The gears are enclosed in a cast iron case, and Auto-Turn's triggerless setup keeps the wider deck from fighting you when you turn at the end of a row.

Controls and lighting

Quick-turn chute control, heated handgrips, and a halogen headlight round out the comfort features on this wider RapidTrak unit, with electric start standard.

Repositioning a tracked machine

Shifting a wide tracked unit by muscle alone, with the engine off, takes noticeably more effort than rolling a wheeled machine of similar width, so it generally works better to start the engine first and reposition under its own power rather than shoving it into place cold. The same goes for backing it out of a garage bay first thing in the morning before a run.
