QA1's R155-175 replaces the rear leaf springs on a classic Mopar A, B, or E-body with a triangulated 4-link and a single-adjustable coilover at a 175 lbs./in. spring rate, built to clear Mopar 8 3/4-inch, Ford 9-inch, or Dana 60 rear axles. The upper trailing arms are double adjustable and the lower arms are single adjustable, so pinion angle and wheelbase can both be dialed in.
What to check before buying
No sway bar or panhard bar ships with this kit; QA1 sells the rear sway bar as a separate add-on if your build wants one. Most of the system bolts into place, though QA1 notes that minimal welding is still needed for a complete installation.
What comes with it
Spherical bearings handle the bushings throughout, the trailing arms and shocks are finished black powdercoated and black respectively, and the system clears a 3-inch over-the-axle exhaust run without modification. Ride height is adjustable once installed.
Does it include a sway bar? No, that is sold separately as an option.
Is any welding needed? QA1 calls for minimal welding alongside the bolt-in components.
