Details & Inspection Notes
Unlike the stock-height spindles on QA1's other Mopar front coilover kits, the 52347-S400 ships with 2-inch drop front spindles, giving a lower stance before the coilovers are even adjusted. From there, the single-adjustable coilover and 400 lbs./in. spring allow a further 0-2 inch or 2-4 inch drop, for classic Mopar B/E-body cars like the Charger and Road Runner.
What to check before buying
QA1 calls for a minimum 18-inch wheel diameter with this setup, so confirm your wheels clear that before ordering, and budget separately for engine mounts since none are included. The crossmember is sized to accommodate Gen 3 Hemi swaps as well as other engine configurations.
What comes with it
A black powdercoated steel crossmember and tubular steel control arms with upper and lower ball joints carry the dropped spindles, and steering runs through a power-assisted rack-and-pinion unit rather than the stock box, with tie rod sleeves and ends finishing the linkage. No brake kit is included, and installation bolts in without any welding.
Do I need bigger wheels for this kit? Yes, QA1 specifies a minimum 18-inch wheel diameter.
Are the spindles stock height? No, these spindles carry a 2-inch drop built in.
