Topped with a retro-style 14-inch intake manifold, the LS Classic GMLS9010 is a new 376-cubic-inch (6.2L) LS long block running electronic fuel injection at a 10.7:1 compression ratio, built for a vintage look with modern drivability.
What's on the engine
An air cleaner, the computer and wiring harness for the EFI system, and the throttle body are mounted on top, while the harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, and oil pan finish out the assembly, along with a flexplate for automatic transmissions. There is no water pump, flywheel, or distributor included, and the hydraulic roller camshaft drives the aluminum cylinder heads.
Fitting a classic Chevy
This long block is aimed at restomod projects, classic Camaro, Chevelle, and C10 builds, and pro-touring cars that want an LS swap with a period-correct intake silhouette instead of a modern-looking manifold. Since the water pump and cooling components aren't included, confirm your cooling and fuel system plan can support an EFI LS swap before ordering.
