Details & Inspection Notes
This fully assembled, running engine swap kit is built around a Non-VVTi Toyota 2JZ-GTE pulled from a clean Aristo donor with roughly 65,000 miles on it, mated to its original automatic transmission rather than sold as a bare long block.
What's included
Beyond the block, heads and internals, this kit carries the factory twin-turbo setup, a full wiring harness and ECU, injectors and coil packs, the AC compressor and alternator, the intake and exhaust manifolds, and the automatic transmission, plus the other engine accessories pictured with the unit.
What makes this engine distinct
This is the Non-VVTi version of the 2JZ-GTE, the earlier variant used in the Aristo and early Supra applications, distinct from the later VVTi version; confirm which variant your swap plan calls for before ordering, since the two are not interchangeable without matching the rest of the engine management.
Who it suits
Because the transmission, wiring and ECU are included as a matched set, it suits a buyer who wants the twin-turbo engine and its original automatic drivetrain together rather than sourcing a bare long block and gathering the rest separately, saving the extra step of sourcing a compatible gearbox and matching ECU on your own.
Common questions
Is this the VVTi or Non-VVTi 2JZ-GTE? Non-VVTi, the earlier version of the engine.
Does it come with a transmission? Yes, mated to its original automatic transmission.
