This new left-hand, driver's-side front fender fits the 1966 GM A-Body platform, covering both the 1966 Chevy Chevelle and the 1966 Chevy El Camino. It is a Dynacorn reproduction panel, stamped from new tooling rather than pulled from an old, worn die.
Who this fits
Because A-Body sheet metal was shared across these two model lines in 1966, the same stamped fender serves either car; just make sure you are ordering the driver's side, since a passenger-side fender will not swap into its place without redoing the mounting holes.
What to check before buying
Dynacorn has supplied classic-car sheet metal since 1984, so its tooling is current rather than decades old; even so, test-fit the fender against your hood and front body opening before committing to paint. Minor waviness from shipping or small gaps at the cowl are normal on reproduction steel and are usually resolved during panel alignment, not grounds for a return.
