This used Evinrude E30DGTL is a 30 HP, two-cylinder E-TEC with power trim and tilt rather than a manual lever, and both electric and rope starting built in as standard. Hand steering at the motor is the default here, with a kit for remote control offered separately.

What power trim and tilt add

Instead of lifting the motor by hand to change running angle, a powered trim and tilt system adjusts it at the push of a switch, which matters more as the boat's load and speed increase.
