Details & Inspection Notes
Edelbrock's 28235 Super Victor LS-R is a two-piece EFI intake manifold built for high-performance LS-R race engines turning up to the 8,000 rpm range, matched to Edelbrock's own LS-R CNC cylinder heads, part #770468.
Design and output
The manifold uses a single-plane layout, carries a throttle body flange sized for the 4500 series, and is rated by Edelbrock as capable of producing near 1,000 horsepower in the right combination. Port exits are tipped 6.5 degrees, and fuel injector bosses are machined directly into the manifold for EFI use rather than needing an aftermarket spacer or adapter plate.
What you still need to source
This listing is the manifold only; Edelbrock sells a matching LS-R fuel rail kit, part #3510, separately, so budget for that before you can run the EFI system. Because this is built specifically around the #770468 LS-R heads and a 4500-series throttle body, confirm those two items are already part of your combination before ordering, since a different head casting or throttle body pattern will not bolt up.
Who it suits
This is a race-only manifold for an LS build already committed to LS-R heads and a high-rpm single-plane powerband, not a street-driveable dual-plane upgrade.
