Details & Inspection Notes
The B632KB4L8X pairs a BluePrint 632 c.i. big-block-compatible crate engine with a factory-fitted 4L80E automatic, finished in the blacked-out Reaper Edition style with a black pulley kit. BluePrint puts output at 815 horsepower with 775 ft-lbs of torque, built on an 11:1 compression ratio.
What is under the valve covers
The block is cast iron with 4-bolt mains, a bore of 4.600 inches, a tall-deck design, and a 1-piece rear main seal, turning a forged crankshaft with a 4.750-inch stroke, H-beam connecting rods forged at 6.635 inches, and forged dome pistons, under aluminum heads with a hydraulic roller camshaft. Fuel comes through a single-plane intake and a 1250-cfm carburetor.
What arrives already bolted on
The attached 4L80E brings its own electronic controller along with lockup capability, plus a flexplate, starter, and a torque converter rated above 3800 stall, geared 2.482 in first, 1.482 in second, direct 1.00 in third, 0.750 overdrive in fourth, and 2.077 in reverse. Also in the box: a harmonic balancer and timing cover, valve covers, an oil pan with its fuel and oil pumps, an alternator rated at 140 amps, a steering pump for the power-assist system, and a distributor ready for Pro Series ignition.
Q: Will this bolt straight into any big-block application? Check exhaust, shift-linkage, and steering clearance against the raised ports and taller deck, and confirm front accessory drive fitment before ordering.
BluePrint notes this combo is not meant for pollution-controlled vehicles, so factor that into your build and registration plans ahead of time.
