The E25DRGL is Evinrude's 2017, 25 hp, 2-stroke outboard set up for tiller steering on a 20-inch long shaft, starting by rope and weighing 154 lbs, finished in graphite.

Engine

The 2-cylinder E-Tec powerhead is built around 577 cc, 35.2 cubic inches, reaching 5500-6000 rpm wide open through a 2.15:1 final gear. A 3-blade aluminum propeller comes standard.

Controls and upkeep

Tilt is manual on this build, there's no power trim motor to maintain, and water cooling pairs with an internal oil reservoir so there's no fuel to premix by hand before heading out.
