Suzuki's DF9.9BTHS is the short-shaft sibling to the BTHL2: the same 9.9 hp four-stroke with electric start and power tilt, but built around a 15-inch shaft for a lower transom. Measure your transom before ordering, since a short-shaft motor will not sit at the right depth on a boat built for a longer one.
