Suzuki's DF15ATHL adds power tilt to its fuel-injected 15 HP engine, replacing the manual trim lever used elsewhere in this range, while keeping the long shaft, electric start, and tiller steering of its closest sibling.

What makes this version different

Raising and lowering by switch rather than by hand matters most when the engine gets tilted often, and the mechanism here locks across four positions with a pin. A different propeller comes with this trim level too: four blades in a high-thrust pattern, 10 inches across with 5.0 inches of pitch, instead of the usual 3-blade design.

Under the cowling

The shared 327 cc twin times its spark with digital CDI and runs a 2.08-to-1 gear ratio, drawing fuel from a 3.1-gallon tank through its own hose. A tool kit and manual are tucked in alongside.
