Miller Dynasty 800 TIG Welder and Water-Cooled Package with Foot Control (951696)

This Dynasty 800 package adds a water-cooled torch, a foot control, and a full accessory cart to the same 800A AC/DC power source, built around the same 1-inch aluminum welding capacity. Duty cycle is rated 60% at 450A and 60% at 600A.

What rides on the cart

The cart carries a single cylinder rack, a foot pedal holder, cable and torch holders, and TIG electrode filler holders. Along with the power source, the package includes a Coolmate 3.5 cooling system, an RFCS-14 foot control, a 25 ft water-cooled torch, a torch cable cover, an accessory kit sized for that torch, a regulator and flow gauge, a gas hose, a weld lead with clamp, and coolant.

Controls on the machine

Nine program memories store settings, independent EP/EN amplitude control manages heat input separately from electrode heat, and extended AC balance with adjustable frequency fine-tunes the arc on aluminum. On the stick side, arc characteristics adjust through DIG control, and an adaptive hot start covers a range of electrodes without extra setup. The power source takes anywhere from 208 to 575 volts without manual relinking, and the primary cord is ordered separately.

Is the foot control wired? Yes, this package uses the RFCS-14 foot control rather than a wireless remote.

Does it include the torch? Yes, a 25 ft water-cooled torch ships as part of this package, unlike the bare power source.
