Power and control

Rated output is 300A at 60% duty cycle on three-phase power, and Auto-Line accepts 208 to 575-volt input without manual relinking. Nine program memory settings store favorite jobs, auto-postflow manages gas coverage after the arc stops, and the AC side runs up to 500 pulses per second for aluminum work. A built-in cooler power supply receptacle and fan-on-demand keep the system running only as hard as it needs to.
