Miller Dynasty 300 CV Multiprocess Welder W/Cps (907819)

The Dynasty 300 CV with CPS is designed to pair with a wire feeder like an ArcReach 8 or 12 (sold separately) for high-output MIG welding. Beyond that it also handles pulsed TIG, stick welding, and air carbon arc gouging, working aluminum, mild steel, stainless, and titanium just as readily.

Power and duty cycle

Rated output is 280 amps, with a duty cycle of 60% at 200A on three-phase power and 60% at 180A on single-phase. It accepts 208, 220, 230, 240, 460, or 575-volt input without manual relinking, which keeps one power source usable across shops with different electrical service. At 55 lbs it is light enough to carry between a shop bay and a job trailer.

Features built in

A USB port on the front panel allows software updates, and a high-frequency starter gives non-contact TIG arc starts. Digital meters, a fan and cooler that only run when needed, and Pro-Set parameter memory round out the control set, and a built-in sleep timer cuts power draw when the machine sits idle. The 120-volt CPS receptacle is already wired in, so a water cooler can be added without running a separate power drop.

Does this include the wire feeder? No. A suitcase-style feeder is needed for MIG work and is sold separately.

What's in the box? The Dynasty 300 power source, two 50 mm Dinse connectors, an 8 ft power cord with no plug, and a user manual.
