Details & Inspection Notes
This Dynasty 210 adds Miller's Cooler Power Supply (CPS) to the standard AC/DC TIG and stick inverter, giving it a built-in 120-volt receptacle for a Coolmate 1.3 water cooler without a separate power drop. It runs on 120 or 230-volt input and weighs 47 lbs, the same compact footprint as the standard version.
Who it suits
Because the cooler receptacle is already wired in, this version suits a shop that plans to run a water-cooled TIG torch now or later, rather than one that only ever welds air-cooled. TIG output carries a 60% duty cycle at 210A, and stick carries that same 60% duty cycle down at 160A, enough to hold up through a full welding session. It handles aluminum, mild steel, stainless, and titanium on both stick and TIG.
Controls and arc starting
A memory card port allows software updates and added features down the road. Pro-Set takes the guesswork out of dialing in parameters, and a standby timer powers the unit down automatically after it sits idle. For arc starting, Lift-Arc and a non-contact starter both come standard, and on the stick side, tailored arc control (DIG) and adaptive hot start help keep electrodes such as 6010 running cleanly.
What comes in the box? The power source with CPS, an 8 ft primary cord with no plug, two 50 mm Dinse connectors, an adjustable shoulder strap, and a quick reference guide in English and Spanish.
Is a water cooler included? No. The CPS receptacle is built in, but the Coolmate cooler itself is a separate purchase.

Welding Equipment Setup & Pre-Operation Checklist
- Verify workshop mains voltage, circuit breaker rating, and phase match the welding machine specifications.
- Inspect ground clamp cable, torch lead, and work cables for tight, clean, low-resistance connections.
- Secure shielding gas cylinders upright with safety chains; inspect regulator and hose connections for gas leaks.
- Confirm correct wire diameter, drive roll groove profile, and contact tip size match the spool installed.
