Details & Inspection Notes
This Dynasty 210 DX package comes complete with a wireless foot control, a Coolmate 1.3 water cooler, and a small runner cart, so a shop gets a rolling TIG station rather than a bare power source to build around. It covers AC/DC TIG and Stick at 1-210 amps, on material from aluminum and mild steel to stainless and titanium.
Control over the arc
The operator can dial in pulse behavior, peak duty cycle, background and initial amperage, and the slope timing at both the start and end of a weld, alongside four distinct AC waveforms: Advanced Squarewave for a fast-freezing puddle and deep penetration, Soft Squarewave for a buttery arc, Sine wave for a traditional feel, and Triangular wave for thin aluminum with reduced heat input. Extended AC balance from 30-99% and AC frequency from 20-250 Hz give fine control over cleaning action and arc width on aluminum.
Why wireless matters here
A wireless foot control removes the cord that normally tangles underfoot or limits how far the operator can move from the machine, cutting the failure points that come with a cord running across the floor. Blue Lightning high-frequency arc starting gives consistent, non-contact TIG starts, and Lift-Arc starting is available for x-ray-clean starts without high frequency at all. Auto-Line power management accepts 115-460V with no manual linking.
Duty cycle is rated 60% at 210A for TIG and 60% at 160A for Stick, and at 47 lbs the power source itself is light enough for the included small cart. This is Career Welder-level equipment, and Miller's manufacturer's warranty rides along with the complete package.
What's included besides the power source? The Coolmate 1.3 cooler, a small runner cart, a wireless foot control, a torch kit, and a case of coolant. Can it weld titanium? Yes, titanium is one of the rated materials alongside aluminum, mild steel, and stainless.

Welding Equipment Setup & Pre-Operation Checklist
- Verify workshop mains voltage, circuit breaker rating, and phase match the welding machine specifications.
- Inspect ground clamp cable, torch lead, and work cables for tight, clean, low-resistance connections.
- Secure shielding gas cylinders upright with safety chains; inspect regulator and hose connections for gas leaks.
- Confirm correct wire diameter, drive roll groove profile, and contact tip size match the spool installed.
