Details & Inspection Notes
The Lincoln Precision TIG 375 Ready Pak pairs a 375-amp AC/DC TIG and Stick power source with a rolling cart, so the whole rig moves as one unit around a fabrication shop. Full-time welders working aluminum, mild steel, or stainless get a 2-420 amp window on both AC and DC, with a 40% duty cycle at the top end of 375 amps. Single-phase input runs on 208, 230, or 460 volts, so the shop's existing service decides the hookup, not the machine.
Built for career-level work
Micro-Start technology keeps low-amperage starts, welding, and crater fill stable on both AC and DC, and operators can switch among scratch-start, touch-start, and high-frequency TIG starting depending on the joint. A TIG pulser on the control panel lets the operator dial heat input for the material in front of them, while power factor correction capacitors keep input current down during high-output passes. A 115-volt auxiliary receptacle is built in for a water cooler or a hand tool, and torch consumables have their own storage compartment on the cart.
What ships with it
- PTW-20 Pro-Torch torch for TIG, rated 250 amp with a 25 ft cable
- Under-cooler cart with water cooler
- Foot Amptrol
- Gas regulator/flowmeter with a 10 ft hose kit
- Zippered torch cover and a parts kit
- Two water hoses, plus a clamp on a 2/0 work cable running 15 ft
The water-cooled torch connections are side-mounted and need no adapters, which keeps them out of the way on a busy bench. At 751 lbs this is a shop machine rather than a tailgate unit, and it is rated for heavy industrial use at the Career Welder skill level. Lincoln backs it with a manufacturer's warranty.
Does it include a TIG torch? Yes, the PTW-20 Pro-Torch comes with the Ready Pak, along with the cart and water cooler. Can it weld stainless and aluminum? The rated materials are aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel, across Stick and TIG processes.

Welding Equipment Setup & Pre-Operation Checklist
- Verify workshop mains voltage, circuit breaker rating, and phase match the welding machine specifications.
- Inspect ground clamp cable, torch lead, and work cables for tight, clean, low-resistance connections.
- Secure shielding gas cylinders upright with safety chains; inspect regulator and hose connections for gas leaks.
- Confirm correct wire diameter, drive roll groove profile, and contact tip size match the spool installed.
