Details & Inspection Notes
Same 360A pulsed MIG and TIG platform as the Aluminum One-Pak, but this 360MP listing (K4467-1) keeps the standard steel-focused gun and drive rolls, leaving the aluminum push-pull setup as a separate purchase for shops that don't need it.
What ships with this package
A 15-foot Magnum PRO Curve 300 MIG gun pairs with .035/.045 drive rolls sized for steel wire here, alongside a gas regulator and hose, a work clamp and cable, a 230V input cord and plug, a 115V AC auxiliary outlet, and a storage compartment built into the cabinet. No aluminum gun or aluminum wire ships with this particular version.
What the welder does
Current pulses between peak and background heat in Pulsed MIG mode, holding down warping and burnthrough on carbon steel, stainless, and nickel alloys, in any position from flat to overhead. TIG Pulse and Pulse-on-Pulse sharpen control further, and Power Mode reacts faster to arc changes for less spatter and more even bead wetting. Peak output is 360A, 60% duty cycle at 320A, running on 208-575V single-phase power, at 265 lbs.
Common questions
Can this run aluminum MIG as-is? Not without adding a push-pull gun separately; that gear ships only with the Auto Repair One-Pak version of this model. Duty cycle? 60% at 320A. How does this differ from the aluminum package? Same 360A pulsed power source underneath; only the included gun, drive rolls, and wire differ between the two versions.

Welding Equipment Setup & Pre-Operation Checklist
- Verify workshop mains voltage, circuit breaker rating, and phase match the welding machine specifications.
- Inspect ground clamp cable, torch lead, and work cables for tight, clean, low-resistance connections.
- Secure shielding gas cylinders upright with safety chains; inspect regulator and hose connections for gas leaks.
- Confirm correct wire diameter, drive roll groove profile, and contact tip size match the spool installed.
